Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Spain:

Delivery to a pick up point - Metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM) from 3 to 5 days. Free.

Colissimo signature on delivery. From 3 to 5 days. 9€.

DHL signature on delivery 24/48h. From Monday to Friday. 15€.


Italy, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark:

Colissimo signature on delivery. From 3 to 6 days. 10€.

Preparing the order

The order is prepared and sent to the customer after receipt of payment.

The order preparation times can vary from 2 to 5 days (period of high demand). 

The above times are indicative; GIGI CLOZEAU nevertheless undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the Products ordered as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are free of charge for France only, within 14 days of receipt of order and limited to one return per order.

Returns are your responsibility. The label sent free of charge is without insurance, if you wish to choose the insurance option, you must use your own label purchased from your carrier. Your return package must be posted within this period. After this time, we cannot guarantee to accept and process your return.

"Custom" items orders are made exclusively for the customer, when placing the order the customer is informed that returns are not possible for custom products.


How to make a return

On the website in the section my account / my orders, click on return or exchange.

For an exchange, fill in the Comment field specifying the jewel desired for the exchange: model, color, type of gold and size.

Returns are processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. 

If necessary you can contact us at https://www.gigiclozeau.fr/en/pages/contact

In the event of a return, the customer must return the products ordered, in their packaging and in perfect condition, to GIGI CLOZEAU, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the day of communication of its decision to withdraw.

The Customer's liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation of the Products and the impossibility of resale in the state resulting in particular from abnormal and excessive handling, or return of the Product in packaging of insufficient quality to ensure its protection.

In any case, the Customer is invited to contact GIGI CLOZEAU at the contact details referred to in article 2 above for any questions and/or additional clarifications concerning the Products.
